“Vision Catalyst” is the first International Refreed Journal in the combined field of Management, Information Technology (IT) and Communication. It is designed to cater to the emerging and strategic intellectual needs of academicians, corporate professionals, students and scholars.
This journal attempts to represent the much required synergy between Management, IT and Communication which is crucial to the successful implementation of decisions. With this as its take off point, the journal offers diverse opportunities to all those thinking minds who are craving to come out of their domains and dare to be challenged by others who too refuse to be the victims of cubicalization of knowledge. In its drive to engage itself in the border areas of different disciplines, the journal knows no boundaries.
It is in this context that the VISION CATALYST endeavors to act as an intellectual hub and provide opportunities to its patrons to network with top decision makers and high level influencers in respective industries. Nearly 1000 copies of the Journal, in addition to those mailed to subscribers, are sent to the leading industries and research institutions in India and abroad.

Trinity has established a dedicated Research & Development Cell (TBS PRESS) which is working in close proximity with the corporate to formulate new strategies and models to address key challenging issues in the modern business environment.
The Research and Publications Cell (TBS PRESS) of the Trinity College for Management & Technology is responsible for the formulation of the overall policies governing research and publication activities. The Cell undertakes processing of research and publication proposals from faculty, corporate, scholars and experts from other organizations or the promoters of the college. It further recommends financial and other forms of assistance wherever necessary. In doing so, the Cell would not only scrutinize and critically appraise proposals but also help researchers, wherever possible, with suggestions for improving their project proposals and plans.
The head of the R & D Cell is responsible to the Director for the development of research activities at the College, including case research. He is expected to take initiatives to stimulate research amongst the faculty, formulate and implement research policy, locate and negotiate with sponsors of research projects, develop research facilities, and plan budgets for the same.
The Research and Publications Committee prepares an Annual Report on the research activities of the College during the year under consideration. This includes Case Research and Seminars. Trinity encourages its faculty and students alike to take up research projects in association with corporate with a unique partnership model that helps them have a larger stake in the research undertaken.
